Job Description


One Team Stellantis (OTS) is our integrated agency solution for the exFCA (Fiat, Chrysler, Alfa Romeo) and exPSA (Citroen, DS Automobiles, Opel, Peugeot, Vauxhall) brands within Stellantis, the world’s fourth largest car manufacturer.

The DDT (Digital, Data & Tech) Lead Analyst sits within the One Team Stellantis Acceleration Squad – a unique team that we have built for Stellantis, tasked with driving business intelligence, thought leadership, creativity, innovation and digital & data transformation across their business.

The Acceleration Squad features talent across Strategy, Insight, Digital, Data, Technology and Analytics, and operates horizontally across the group supporting all 8 brand teams as well as working directly with the Stellantis Customer Management Office (CMO).


Role Summary

The DDT Lead Analyst is responsible for driving analytical projects that will influence the media plan and performance across a portfolio of the Stellantis UK brands. The digital, data & tech (DDT) team sits as part of the Stellantis Acceleration Squad as well as the overall Starcom planning team and is a team of data-driven experts that help drive growth for our clients through the intelligent application of data and technology.

You will have three overarching responsibilities:

Growth for Clients: our goal is to create brilliant experiences that drive faster growth for Stellantis’s brands, and you will work with various teams within the broader Publicis Media organisation (Content, Sports, Data and Commerce Practices) to do so. Specific responsibilities are:

  • Developing and owning measurement roadmaps
  • Working with Solutions Architecture team and clients to design reporting outputs for Stellantis brands.
  • Oversee measurement framework development across brands, ensuring KPIs are identified and tracked to measure the success of media campaigns
  • Own measurement and analytics outputs for OneTeam Stellantis across digital channels
  • Accountable for ensuring data is used effectively in all aspects of the client’s media business, and for driving innovative use cases of data across the team
  • Work as a thought leader when it comes to new applications and uses of data for the client
  • Partner with data scientist to apply advanced analytics techniques
  • Identify opportunities to use new data offerings and media strategies to enhance media performance; partner with key vendors and internal stakeholders to identify opportunities for custom research, pilot/test new measurement platforms
  • Deliver client-facing presentations covering such topics as multi-media reach, multi-touch attribution, the future of measurement and data modelling

  • Identify opportunities to use new data offerings and media strategies to enhance media performance
  • Build long standing and transformative partnerships with senior stakeholders, media partners and is respected in the Media Industry network for constructive collaboration

Qualifications


Skills & Experience required

- Detail oriented and driven to deliver quality work, going above and beyond when needed to meet client deadlines

  • Expertise in online and offline media with experience working directly with clients to deliver marketing transformation fuelled by data
  • Experience working directly with clients to deliver marketing transformation fuelled by data
  • Background in media performance reporting, optimizations
  • Strong analytics skills, with the ability to glean insights from measurement infrastructure (GA web analytics, ad server data, etc.).
  • In-depth experience analysing, interpreting and visualising data
  • Expertise in data applications, offerings in the industry with the ability to leverage this knowledge to benefit the client
  • Ability to work collaboratively with a team across departments while building a relationship with clients
  • Consulting or strategy background
  • Strong oral and written communication skill, strong presenter
  • Experience developing and managing a team of analysts
  • A true passion for making a difference internally and for our client’s business
  • Highly organised and high attention to detail
