About the role

Here at NFU Mutual, we are about to deliver one of our biggest transformation programmes yet. Our BRIDGE programme will transform our approach to sales, policy administration and underwriting activities, delivering excellent customer experience across our end to end processes. A key part of this change will include the introduction of a new platform to host a refreshed product range.

We are now seeking 2 Design and Delivery Facilitator to join the Learning and Development team on the programme. This will initially be on a 24-month fixed term contract.

The main purpose of the role is to provide a best in class learning design and delivery service to meet the desired business outcomes and measures. You must be within a commutable distance to our Stratford Upon Avon office in order to be able to immerse yourself in the fast-paced programme activity. Some key accountabilities will include:

  • Design engaging, high-quality and easy to access blended learning solutions in line with department strategy and in collaboration with business subject matter experts utilising learning technologies and social learning strategies to meet the business objectives, and ROE/ROI goals.
  • Work with subject matter experts to understand the learning content / requirements and use instructional design principles to script, storyboard and oversee deployment of effective blended learning solutions to enable colleagues and external suppliers to develop learning solutions that are fit for purpose

What we’re looking for

As one of our Design and Delivery Facilitators, you will design and deliver learning solutions – that are aligned with L&OD strategy and wider business requirements. You will have strong communication skills- being able to build relationships at all levels and be effective. You will also be or have:

  • Certificate in Learning and Development (CIPD or equivalent)
  • Degree or equivalent professional qualification (preferred)
  • Experience of working on larger Change Programmes (preferred)
  • Experience of designing, delivering and evaluating modern learning solutions and content, including online / e-learning modules, instructor-led materials, job aids, online tutorials, and ideally multimedia products (video, graphic, audio) and / or other training materials
  • Commercial Awareness
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to create storyboards and scripts in partnership with SME’s
