Job DescriptionCQS accredited firm in Oxfordshire seeks a Residential Conveyancing Lawyer on a full-time, permanent basis.Experienced Residential Conveyancing Lawyer with 5+ years’ PQE sought for a thriving team in Witney. Undertaking a varied caseload of freehold and leasehold residential conveyancing transactions, the successful candidate will ensure high levels of client care and service at all times.To put you forward for this position, we require your ideal salary and location and notice period.Responsibilities
  • Sales and purchases
  • Freehold and leasehold properties
  • Buy to let
  • Re-mortgages
  • Transfers of equity
  • Lease extensions
  • Auction properties
  • New builds
  • Liaising with clients and external professionals

The Candidate
  • Qualified solicitor, licensed conveyancer or legal executive with a minimum of 5 years’ PQE
  • Technical proficiency in residential property is required
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Able to prioritise your workload in order to meet tight deadlines
  • IT proficient with strong attention to detail
  • A team player and also able to work on your own initiative
