This is an opportunity to join a well known regional firm in the Hampshire area.

Joining a specialist Landlord and Tenant team , you will be genuinely motivated by a career in this area of law and you will have had some previous experience or knowledge of drafting tenancies, repossession matters, rent arrears and dilapidation matters, block management and much more.

The firm act for business landlords, private landlords developers, insurers and brokers.
You should have excellent communication skills given the amount of client contact you will have here and you should be a team player.
