  • Hold UK Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
  • Have experience of teaching within the last 2 years, with relevant references.
  • Have a proven track record of raising pupil attainment levels.
  • Be a professional, passionate, and enthusiastic educator.
  • Be able to help pupils overcome their barriers to learning.
  • Be knowledgeable about planning lessons for pupils with additional needs, such as autism, learning difficulties or global development delay.
  • Have an Enhanced DBS of Child workforce on the update service, or be willing to apply for one.
