Have you got at least 6 months experience in Support Work or Supported Living? Do you want to be of support to individuals who need that little extra help? If yes, then we have a great opportunity for you!

This is a role that may include some hospital work.

THIS IS NOTDOMICILIARY CARE

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Promote independence
  • Get involved and promote general and group activities
  • Support individuals in the community
  • Build relationships and understanding of residents
