**Care and Support Worker Required**

You will be a dedicated individual who is passionate in providing care and support to service users within the Wiltshire area.
You will be comfortable working in different residential and nursing homes in the Wiltshire area, working flexible hours.
You will be able to deliver high-quality person-centred care to service users, enabling them to live a fulfilling life.
You will partake in daily activities designed to promote the health and well-being of the service user; and to encourage the service users’ independence.
