Being a Kitchen Manager Pub & Dining is all about delivering an exceptional, unique experience to our customers, with our seasonal, hearty Pub Classic menu. As a Kitchen Manager, you will have full responsibility for the food that leaves our kitchens and also developing and leading your team to be the best they can be.

Dating back to the time of King Richard II, Lamb Hotel is surrounded by old streets and medieval gateways. Blending original features with up-to-date décor, Lamb Hotel makes for a stylish and welcoming getaway and is an excellent base to explore the beautiful city.

We are looking for an exceptional Kitchen Manager to join the team at the Lamb Hotel. This is a high volume site therefore experience of working in a fast pace environment is essential. You will ne able to lead and inspire a team to deliver the best possible food and service.
