As a General Manager in our Pub & Dining brand, you have the ultimate opportunity to treat the pub as your own. To be considered for a General Manager role, previous success at General Manager level is desirable; from a hospitality, retail or other fast paced background and the right attitude and outlook is essential!

About the role
The Cromwell is a majestic piece of architecture. Located in Banbury, Oxfordshire, the hotel dates from the 17th century. With 25 en-suite bedrooms, the Cromwell Lodge offers a great place to relax after a long day’s work or having visited the numerous attractions in the area. The restaurant and bar area offer a wide selection of tasty food from the seasonal menu, accompanied by the selection of ales and wines, makes the Cromwell the perfect venue to relax and enjoy the characterful property. Cromwell Lodge can host your wedding reception for up to 110 people, with packages to suit your needs and dedicated team, we can make your special day memorable.

This is a unique opportunity for an experienced General Manager to really drive this business, you will put the customer at the heart of everything you do to help maintain and grow the business. You will need to be a brilliant manager, able to inspire and lead a team to success.
