BBC Fire & Security, an integral business within the wider Marlowe Fire and Security Group, are seeking to appoint an experiencedKey Account Administrator to join their growing team at the Wymondham head office on a temporary basis of 3-6 months.The Key Account Administrator will be an expanding role and their duties will change and develop to meet our ever-changing Customer’s requirements.They will provide a fundamental and essential role in supporting the Key Account Management Team in all areas of their responsibility.Responsibilities
  • Supporting the Key Account Managers with specific tasks and arrangements relevant to each Key Account.
  • Assisting with Access problems covering Planned Maintenance and Remedial activity.
  • Updating specific Client Portals with the service and remedial activity. Uploading documentation relating to Certificates of Inspection and Invoicing.
  • Reviewing and addressing any Hold File issues. (Engineering activity that cannot be processed to completion)
  • Scheduling activity with Major Clients and specific Service Engineers where necessary.
  • To ensure that the monthly reports for each Client are prepared and sent out to all Major Clients.
  • Liaising with Internal Departments relating to all Contract matters (Customer Service, Accounts & Sales).
  • Attending Contract Review Meetings and production of minutes for all Meetings (External and Internal).
  • Ensure the timely and successful delivery of all aspects relating to Service.
  • Assist with challenging Client requests or issue escalations as necessary
  • To understand the Business and its Goals
  • KPI (PPM and Remedial)
  • Outstanding Quoted Works
  • Disputed Invoices
  • Access Issues
  • Completing monthly reports
Skills And Experience
  • Previous experience of a Key Account administration role is essential.
  • An understanding of Microsoft Office and excel is required.
  • Excellent communication skills with a good telephone manner.
  • Great organisation skills and a customer focus.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to prioritise workload, work well under pressure and handle multiple priorities.
