Overview:
Our people can be based “where they do their best work” from either our HQ, a river front office in the Historic Dockyard Chatham, or from their home. However occasional travel to HQ office will be required for key meetings and events.

We recently moved to a brand new river-front studio in the heart of the Historic Dockyard in Kent, UK. We are growing fast, developing our games using cutting-edge technology and delivering these on multiple platforms: PC, PlayStation 4 and Xbox One as well as Next Generation platforms, PlayStation 5 and Xbox Series X.

We are looking for a Junior Vehicle Artist to help build Rolling Stock on TSW2. You will work as part of the internal art team in collaboration with other departments to ensure our content is delivered on time and to a high standard of quality.
Responsibilities:
  • Creating realistic, high end quality vehicle assets
  • Modelling, UV mapping, texturing, rigging and animation of vehicles, alongside implementation and configuration within Unreal Engine 4.
  • Collaborating with other members of the TSW2 team to deliver all required content for a Route / Content Pack
  • Following art pipelines, workflows and performance budget limitations
Person Specifications:
  • A good understanding of working within Unreal Engine 4.
  • Ability and potential to create art assets to the highest standard
  • Strong 3D Studio Max, Photoshop and Substance skills
  • A keen eye for detail, proportion and accuracy
  • Ability to be self-critical towards artwork and re channel feedback into future work
  • A good understanding of CG techniques and technologies
  • A passion to deliver quality simulation software
  • An understanding of mechanical principles and structural engineering
  • A team player with a can-do attitude
