JOB TYPE: Site Administrator

COMPANY: Demolition company - Construction

HOURS: 8.00am - 17.00pm | Monday - Friday

SALARY: £23,000- £25,000 DOE

BENEFITS: 23 days holiday plus bank holidays, enrolled into external pension scheme, TRAVEL PAID!

LOCATION: Travel required to 2 sites, St James’s Park and Charing Cross. London office based in Farringdon

At Oa Liverpool Street we are partnering again with one of our favourite Construction clients who are looking to recruit a junior Site Administrator! They are well-established within the demolition sector, providing a complete range of development enabling services from concept to completion.

We are looking for an enthusiastic candidate to learn the ropes as a Site Administrator, you will have some office administration experience, but the eagerness to learn new skills is key! This is a trainable role, so will be expected to demonstrate outstanding organisation and communication skills, whilst being given the tools to learn and grow in order to succeed within the role.

Working alongside their close-knit, friendly and supportive Administration Team, you be working on the two to three site locations in Zone 1, providing comprehensive administration support to the team. It can be a demanding but rewarding role, so a strong and resilient personality is paramount!

DUTIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT EXCLUSIVE TO:
  • Meeting and greeting clients
  • Providing refreshments during meetings, including meeting room set up
  • Point of contact for all contractor timesheets for both sites
  • Responsible for uploading all site paperwork to bespoke company document control system
  • Assisting site team with helping to produce documents - progress reports and method statements etc.
  • Client document control system (Aconex/Asite/Smart Waste etc.)
  • Delivery and invoice matching on COINS
  • Inputting Waste Notes to bespoke document control system
  • Dealing with disconnections on site - Water/Electric/Gas
  • Maintaining drawings on site
  • Providing cover for other Site Administrators as and when required
  • Filing, printing, laminating, photocopying and scanning documents

SKILLS, EXPERIENCE AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:
  • Previously experience within a construction company would be desirable but not essential
  • Strong administration experience
  • Pro-active and positive in your approach
  • Organised, efficient and methodical approach to work
  • Bubbly and energetic individual
  • Strong communication skills
