More About The Role
  • Working with Sous Chef to produce high quality food in a fast paced environment
  • Adhere to H&S and F&H standards
  • Stock taking and ordering of stock
  • Deputise in the Sous Chefs absence
  • Ensure food cost and waste levels are achieved

Who you are:
  • Enthusiastic, motivational, someone who strives for excellence
  • 2 year experience in a similar role
  • Flexible approach with a “can do” attitude
  • Experience working in a fast paced environment
