Junior Sous Chef Salaried: Up to £28k Location: The Swan (DE12 8LZ) Chilled Pubs is an award winning and growing pub company with five beautiful, cosy pub restaurants in fantastic locations. We are currently looking for an experienced and passionate Junior Sous Chef to help our team of warm and friendly chefs on our journey to become the best small pub company in the UK. You will need to be the Sous Chef’s right arm, supporting in all aspects of the kitchen. You will be able to lead the kitchen in the Sous Chef’s absence. You will need to have strong technical fresh food cooking skills and be passionate about looking for ways to deliver consistently WOW food to our guests. You will get the opportunity to work in both our main kitchen and in the pizzeria where we have an authentic wood fired oven.
