What you will be doing: Nurture and Develop relationships with key customer accounts To act as a joint point of contact for owned prospects and clients with your Senior Sales Executive Work closely with your Senior Sales Executive to develop your skills and maximise results for your client accounts Development of opportunities in target markets with support from Marketing Attend Face-To-Face, zoom or phone call meetings with clients as required, providing specialist advice on the products and/or services you’re selling Keep line management updated on progress and timeline, providing accurate forecasting and anticipated sales Identify new business opportunities & bring in increased revenue by determining new markets, partnerships, ways to reach existing markets and product or Service offerings to better meet the needs of those existing markets Identification of partner opportunities to cross and up sell services between brands Collaborate with Partner organisation’s throughout the sales cycle to maximise opportunities Manage all aspects of the relationship between Retaissance, its prospects, partners and clients at both a commercial level and technical level, using the most appropriate resources when applicable 100% Onepage CRM compliance, to regularly update pipeline and activity information for management reporting 100% compliance to individual Junior Sales Executive KPIs What we’re looking for: We are searching for a self motivated and driven individual who has a keen interest in the non-food retail industry, who is ready to develop their skills and grow with the company. It is desirable for you to have had 1 year experience in sales or another relevant customer service based role. You must be polite, friendly and confident in speaking to people on all professional levels, as well as having an excellent telephone manner. This role will require you to work on multiple projects and deadlines during your working hours, so you must be confident and able to manage changing priorities and last minute requirements. Our brand portfolio covers various categories: jewellery, accessories, fashion, footwear, lingerie, kids, furniture, home & gift. Our ideal candidate would have had previous experience or a good knowledge of at least one of these industry sectors. However, full training is provided and a passion for the industry is a must We have an incredible team in the office and remote, and so we are looking for a positive person who is able to interact and communicate effectively with the whole team, partners and clients. As soon as conditions allow we will be moving back to working from our offices on Gadbrook Park, Northwich. We will assess home working on an individual basis and insist on at least 2 days per week working in the office. This is dependent on circumstance and the business needs and will be clarified during your training period.
