ERM is looking to recruit a Graduate / Junior Consultant - Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA) to join their Capital Project Delivery Team.

The Junior Consultant will support the team with successful delivery of ERM EIA assessments across all phases, in line with our vision, values and our strategic imperatives.

Responsibilities involve (but not limited to):

  • Providing support to a multi-disciplinary EIA team to deliver overall outputs and independently managing work streams;
  • Project management relating to budgets, programme and forecasts;
  • Draft EIA reports with specialist inputs in accordance with internal technical and quality assurance processes;
  • Some experience dealing with clients e.g. meetings, managing expectations, interfaces across teams and disciplines

Our ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 2:1 Bachelors in a STEM degree subject with a strong EIA (Environmental Impact Assessment), Master’s degree advantageous.
  • 1-3 years relevant work experience in EIA, relevant environment or technical discipline
  • A strong understanding of how to apply appropriate theoretical and practical methods to environmental assessment and design processes and products

This is a permanent role, starting July / August 2021.
