Overview of the role

We are recruiting for a brand-new role within Tailor Made Technologies! We are growing our Power Platform Team, this team are responsible for designing, developing and implementing tailored solutions for our customers. You will be combining your technical expertise, creativity and client collaboration to build an effective solution that empowers our customers business’s to thrive.

This role is hybrid working out of our site in Whiteley 3 days a week and reports directly into our Chief Technical Officer. The team will support you in your day to day and training will be provided to grow your skill set over time to give you the best possible career experience at TMT, in turn you providing the highest service to our customers.

Duties and responsibilities of our Junior BI Engineer:

• Create visually appealing reports and dashboards by connecting to various customer data sources.
• Automate workflows, integrate applications, and streamline processes. This includes setting up triggers, actions, and conditions to optimize business operations.
• Leverage APIs to connect different systems, retrieve data, and enable seamless interactions.
• Consult with customers to ensure that solutions align with clients’ strategic goals.
• Provide ongoing support, enhancements, and maintenance to keep systems running smoothly.

Your previous experience:

• Solid understanding of APIs and RESTful services.
• Familiarity with Power Platform tools (PowerApps, PowerBI, PowerAutomate) is a plus.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
• Exposure to any programming language.
