We are looking for a friendly individual with initiative and a positive approach to work as part of a team based within the Endoscopy department, QEH. Post holder to actively monitor the JAG Endoscopy training system. To handle any queries or telephone enquiries in an accurate and professional manner and to seek advice from nursing staff and consultants, when required.

The post holder will have the ability to communicate positively at all levels as well as being able to manage own workload by prioritising tasks accordingly to make sure training courses are booked appropriately.

A flexible approach to work within the core hours of the service: Monday to Thursday 8am to 1pm or 9am to 2pm and Saturday/Sundays may be needed to meet service needs.

The successful candidate will be educated to GCSE standard or equivalent and have working knowledge of Microsoft Window package and possess good interpersonal and organisational skills, be a team player and work individually using initiative.
