We have a vacancy in the Havering Community Pediatric team for an appointments administrator. The role will cover arranging clinics for the pediatricians at the Acorn Centre and moving appointments as and when needed. This is a busy role and the post holder will need to have good communication skills when contacting parents/guardians and able to support the team when cancellation of clinics is needed.

Probationary Period

This post will be subject to a probationary period. Internal applicants are exempt from the probationary period (unless you are an internal applicant currently part way through a probationary period or currently a bank member of staff).
