Italian Speaking Technical Customer Service Executive

Blackburn

Salary £19-22k

We are recruiting for a brilliant, market leading business in the technology sector. This is a company made up of 15 multilingual customer service agents, who are both passionate about languages and technology.

This is a long-established company, who are at the top of their game. They provide excellent training and a comfortable, highly modern working environment for their staff, along with great benefits.

Location:Office based in the Blackburn area

Duties
  • Acting as the first point of contact for customers
  • Solving customer problems over telephone, email and live chat.
  • Troubleshooting mildly technical issues, following company procedures
  • Escalating more complex technical issues to a further support team
  • Getting hands on with the equipment to resolve the issue.
  • Being customer focused at all times and treating each call as an individual - no two calls will be the same
The ideal candidate
  • Fluent Italian speaker is a must
  • Customer focused and caring attitude
  • Technical mindset
  • Ideally you will already have helpdesk experience
  • Second European language isn’t essential but is, a strong advantage
