Job title : PMO IFRS 17 - Delivery Lead

Location: Remote working

Contract length: 6 months

Pay rate: £850-£975 Umbrella

Randstad Sourceright, a leading provider of RPO & MSP Recruitment Services is currently seeking a PMO IFRS 17 - Delivery Lead on behalf of a leading company based on a remote basis.

The primary purpose of the role is to assist the team on Insurance transformation and PMO delivery, team development and client management. This role would be to replace the current Senior manager on maternity leave.

The role

As the Senior manager for PMO within IFRS 17 you will be coordinating and overseeing a team of 10 Operate PMO resources. The Senior manager will take on the overall PMO lead for the IFRS17 programme. You will be supporting clients on IFRS-17 built through the full operating model for multiple clients. You will be reporting into the programme director, providing programme status updates and handling any escalations from the client. You will be responsible for ensuring the programmes meet deadlines, issue resolution and providing financial updates to the client directly.

Essential skills:
Project Management or PMO Experience In finance change management programmes
Experience in managing/ coordinating teams of 10 plus
Excellent finance management skills for programmes
Experience in issue resolution and escalation management
Demonstrate stakeholder and negotiation skills ideally in a consultative approach with the client
Ability to provide reports and programme status updates to direct level.
Insurance industry experience would be an advantage.
