To be part of the team that is first point of contact for doctors working in Sheffield health and Social Care; to provide administrative support to the Team and to carry out duties in a manner that supports departmental targets and ensures compliance with standard operating procedures.
  • To develop and maintain multiple information systems to support the management and administration of doctors and trainees in the Trust as Lead Employer; this will involve a range of systems including but not limited to spreadsheets, ESR, E-Roster and E-Rota
  • To assimilate data from multiple sources and communicate the key messages in an appropriate format to different audiences e.g. implications of trainee rotations, sickness management, on call rotas, training events
  • To receive and process information from HEE about trainees to be placed at the Trust
  • Responsible for the day to day supervision and training of junior members of the team.
  • To provide cross cover for other members of the team commensurate with the responsibility of the post.
  • Take personal responsibility for the production of accurate and well-presented correspondence, reports, minutes, presentational work and other documentation as required within the Directorate.
