Corporate Affairs Administrator

Our Corporate Affairs team is going through a period of transition as we look to improve how we support our service users and their friends and family when they have reason to contact us.

This is an opportunity to be part of a busy team that deals with complaints, claims, Freedom of Information and Subject Access to Records requests. It is a key role supporting the team administratively, providing the postholder with an opportunity to take responsibility for key areas which they will look after.

We need someone well-organised with strong administration skills and an excellent manner with colleagues, service users and their friends and family. You will need to be able to move between tasks within an office environment, where you will have particularly responsibility for managing and maintaining databases and accessing information systems.

You will also need to be someone who is prepared to be a crucial cog in our machine. A willingness to stretch yourself and go the extra mile when things get busy will be rewarded with opportunities to gain knowledge in all the different areas of our service to support you and your development.
