Full Job Description

This is an exciting opportunity for which we expect a significant number of applications. Please apply today with an updatedCV.MBA are working with a global loss adjuster recruiting a home/field based role based in the London area. You will have responsibility for technical oversight, quality control and mentoring within a team of Adjusters in the handling and settling of a mixed caseload of property claims, up to the value of £100K in a manner that supports efficient and effective settlement for the policyholder.

Job ScopeYou will be expected to identify and be involved in the delivering of training within the team
You will handle a small caseload alongside taking technical referrals
Functional KnowledgeIdeally ACII or CILA qualified, however candidates with proven claims handling experience especially in commercial, domestic, and High Net Worth property claims will be considered
Experience in developing and mentoring people
Extensive knowledge and understanding of FSA procedures and TCF initiatives
Extensive knowledge of the insurance market
Extensive technical knowledge within the adjusting/ claims arena

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: £50,000.00-£65,000.00 per year

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (preferred)
