This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to an innovative partnership approach between Haughton Special School and Hollinswood Primary & Nursery School in meeting the needs of learners who experience barriers to learning in the area of communication and interaction (including autism). The role offers the opportunity to work with a group of up to 8 children from across Key Stage 1 within Haughton’s brand new specialist KS1 hub at Hollinswood Primary School. You would be expected to plan and deliver specific interventions and lessons in the hub classroom, whilst also supporting the children to access learning in their mainstream classes and participate in the inclusive school community at every possible opportunity.
