Business Systems Analyst - Support, Claims, Processes, Vendor Management, Insurance, Agile, Permanent - London

A well respected Insurance Syndicate in the Lloyd’s Market is currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst to join them on a permanent basis in their London office.

Over the past year, the business has gone through their Digital Transformation and that has led to several restructures and creations of new teams, subsequently creating this new position. Within this role, you would be a technical member of an Agile team specifically deployed and supporting the claims teams. The role will work alongside the Scrum Master, Product Owner, Product Analyst and a Developer to deliver various business outcomes.

You will be evaluating system requirements, carrying out technical support, creating relevant documentation and support testing the deployment of systems, providing you with a varied deliverable each day.

To be successful in this role, you must possess the following:

  • Experience of working within an Insurance organisations’s claims department is essential.
  • Excellent understanding of SQL database structures coupled with proficiency in querying.
  • Experience of supporting insurance based claims systems.
  • Exposure to Agile working would be highly beneficial.
