This function performs a vital role in all technology’s projects. The test team drives test management across a wide range of projects and portfolios. This is a dynamic team that ensures quality is built into Vodafone’s exciting new products & services and ensures we deliver a great customer experience.In this role you hold an important enabling/management role. Your position as an IT Test Specialist (Lead) will focus on defining the test approach, test execution planning and day to day test management e.g. defect management with an offshore test team across Vodafone’s strategic IT projects. You will act as a specialist around test approach, strategy and escalation point of contact on behalf of programme & portfolio stakeholders.Who we are looking for?Whilst this is a ‘handoff’ Test management role, it is important that you have the following commercial experience:
  • Leading on IT Test strategy.
  • Experience in testing methodologies, test management and associated practices.
  • Experience leading offshore testing teams
  • Experience in driving and managing the overall test framework for a range of products.
  • Test Management experience across IT projects.
  • ISTQB / SAFe certification or experience (desirable).
