8.30am-5pm

My Client who is a leading manufacturer within their field is seeking an experienced IT Technician to join their IT Department due to continued growth and expansion. This will be based at Elland with occasional travel to other UK sites as required.

IT Technician Requirements:
  • Windows (client and server)
  • VMware
  • Citrix
  • Active Directory
  • MS Office
  • Networking – Switches and Firewalls
  • Driving License
Desirable
  • SAP
  • Veeam
  • Zerto
  • Linux
  • Objectif Lune (Planet Press)
  • Avaya telephone systems / Chronicall

First Line Support Technician Duties
  • Provide 1st Line IT user support (c100-150 users)
  • Liaise with external support partners / Group IT to resolve user issues
  • Monitor systems and backups to ensure they are working correctly
  • Apply patches and fixes to applications and servers
  • Prepare and test equipment for distribution to IT users
  • Create and test logins etc for new starters
  • Assist in group / local projects
  • Order replacement equipment / supplies
