IT Support Engineer - £25,000 to £35,000 DOE
Are you an IT Support Engineer seeking a new opportunity? Perhaps you’ve been a role for a year or so and want a fresh challenge that will optimise your potential for growth. My client are an exciting company based in Kidderminster looking for an IT Support Engineer who has good knowledge a range of areas of support. My client are looking for someone with a real passion for IT and technology.
Your daily responsibilities an IT Support Engineer will include the following:
- To provide technical support, advice, assistance to customers/clients from start-ups to multinational companies.
- Windows and Microsft support including servers and cloud
- Knowledge of Virtulisation
- Office 365/Azure
- Any bespoke and third party software that you will receive training on
- Diagnose, upgrade and, or repair PC hardware.
- To prepare and update documents, templates and forms as required.
To be successful in this IT Support Technician opportunity you should have the following experience:
- 1st/2nd line technical support
- Windows/Microsoft Experience
- Understanding Networking
- Understanding Active Directory.
- PC hardware support / maintenance
