Moulding Technician

Droitwich

Salary - £34,278 inc. shift allowance

Shifts Available - Weekly Rotation - Monday to Friday - 06:00 - 14:00/14:00-22:00

There is now a great opportunity to join a well-established engineering company that manufacturers bespoke components for the automotive industry sector as a Moulding Technician. As a Moulding Technician your role with focus on providing setting & technical support, identifying production faults, and ensuring that production lines run at optimum efficiency.

Moulding Technician Responsibilities;

  • Provide trouble-shooting and technical support during the shift
  • Lead setters and ensure that they are managed & trained to company standards
  • Assist with continuous improvement activities
  • Review machine settings during shift
  • Provide technical support to the wider Moulding Team
  • Carry out tool changes when required

Moulding Technician Requirements;

  • Previous experience with injection moulding is essential
  • Knowledge of hydraulic and pneumatic systems would be advantageous
  • Experienced working within a busy manufacturing environment
  • Must be a team player
  • Good communication skills

This Moulding Technician opportunity is based in Droitwich and commutable from Kidderminster, Stourport-on-Severn, Redditch, Worcester, Bromsgrove, Bewdley and Malvern
