IT Support Technician – Bath

IT Support Technician – Bath – Our boutique client is looking for a keen and enthusiastic 1 st /2 nd Line Support Engineer who is looking to build their IT career. You will have commercial experience working in a helpdesk/1 st Line Support role. This will involve resolving tickets around Office 365 – Networks and VOIP. If you have a blend of the following skills, this would be highly desirable.

IT Helpdesk Experience

Office 365

Networks and VOIP

Any SAP desirable (opportunity to acquire knowledge)

Any Certifications highly desirable
