You’ll develop your skills alongside experienced AESSEAL IT Technicians, learning a variety of duties to support the business with its IT infrastructure.
In this role, you will provide all aspects of 1st/2nd Line I.T. support to our Global Network community and follow all relevant policies to ensure work is carried out to the appropriate service level agreement and company standards.
This Apprenticeship will teach you how to:
- Provide 1st/2nd Line IT Support and replenishment of relevant hardware to our global customer base
- Ensure all incidents are logged in our Helpdesk Software promptly and accurately
- Provide cover for the daily backup & network checks to enable the department to keep standards and customer service consistent throughout annual leave or sickness
- Configuration & installation of hardware & software
- Participate in project work when required, communicating technical details between colleagues and users
