You’ll develop your skills alongside experienced AESSEAL employees, learning a variety of duties to support the production department.

In this role, you will provide administrative support to a busy manufacturing workshop contributing towards excellent customer service.

This Apprenticeship will teach you how all about:

  • Stock Control - To maintain accurate stock levels via regular stock checks, material kitting, material receipts and material transfers
  • Works order processing - Processing works order documentation packs in timely and efficient manner
  • Purchase order processing - Processing purchase orders utilising managed, consignment and standard purchases
  • Progressing - Daily progressing of orders in line with customer requirements
  • Scanning of documents and material test certificates
  • Works order costing
  • Processing Weekly operator time sheets
  • Contribute to efficient customer service
