The IT Support is required to support both on-site and remote users, supporting the systems that facilitate the business functions.

This is a 12 month fixed term contract.

Knowledge and Experience
  • Windows environment (Desktops - Win 10 / Server - 2016/2019 / Active Directory / Group Policy)
  • Networking, DHCP / DNS / Firewalls / VPN / FTP
  • Distribution / Warehouse Management Systems
  • Virtualisation Environment - vSphere
  • Telephone systems / VoIP
  • ERP Systems
  • Supporting customers / suppliers with XML Ordering / transactions
  • Demonstrate a strong awareness of and commitment to Compliance and Ethics and the Group Business Conduct Guidelines.
Desirable
  • Previous experience with iSeries / AS400
  • Previous experience in a distribution company
  • Helpdesk experience
  • Experience supporting remote users
  • Good communication skills
