Job Description

This role is paying £200 per day, Monday to Friday 08:30-17:00 which is 40 hours per week. It is an initial 3 month contract that is highly likely to be extended for a longer period.Roles & Responsibilities:

• Providing IT support for desk-side and remote users throughout the business - 400 users.
• Logging, diagnosing and resolving IT support requests and issues
• Laptop and Desktop hardware and software deployment and upgrades
• Azure and on Prem Active Directory Users & Groups management and Group Policy
• Microsoft Exchange (on premise and online)
• Day-to-day administration and management of Microsoft 365 environment including Exchange online, SharePoint and Teams.
• Basic connectivity and network troubleshooting.
