We are looking for an IT Services & Digital Media Technician to join our first line team to assist with
the installation and maintenance of hardware/software and provide help desk and technical support
for Microsoft 365, PCs, Macs, laptops, tablet devices, audio visual systems, telephones and printers.

You should have an attention to detail, and a desire and willingness to learn. You should be willing
and able to travel between college sites and be enthusiastic about current and future technologies.

This is a great opportunity for someone with excellent communication and customer service skills to
become part of an outstanding ICT Service.
