Role: IT Service Desk Analyst

Location: Bradford, England

Salary: £20,000 - £25,000 DOE

My client is one of the largest educational Managed Service Providers in the UK and is looking for an IT Service Desk Analyst to join their tech team.

Working in schools, as the IT Service Desk Analyst you will provide remote support as well as project work including server upgrades, Office 365 migrations, network installations and MORE.

This is a role for those that are looking for autonomy and can show initiative, customer service is a MUST for this role.

You will be primarily WFH!!

This role involves site visits, so a full UK driving license is required.
