Arcadis is looking to hire a Project Manager
to support the Service Management team, working as part of a global team.

As a Project Manager you will lead multi-disciplinary IT projects, coordinating with They coordinate the risk, quality, and progress to organizational standards, and ensures projects are completed on time, on budget, to quality standards, and within agreed scope.

Who you are
-
  • Have experience leading large-scale implementations of industry leading Service Management and Asset Management technologies.
  • Would be comfortable delivering an asset replacement program, with global reach, at scale.
  • Have experience working in a global environment, where the management of stakeholders would require flexible working hours, accommodating multiple time-zones.
What You’ll Own- (Core Responsibilities)

  • Project Delivery - Projects are delivered within agreed cost, quality, and time, delivering the signed off scope and desired business outcomes
  • Project’s Team Management - Project’s resources are managed, utilized and planned in order to maximize their strength and time
  • Project’s Deliverables Management - Mandatory and required project’s deliverables are managed using the agreed standards and are signed off by the relevant stakeholders
  • Progress Tracking - Key milestones and critical path are regularly tracked to ensure slippage, lack of quality, risks, etc. are mitigated early on to drive successful delivery
  • Risk Management - Risks are identified, mitigated, and reported to the project’s relevant stakeholders to enable appropriate decision making
  • Collaboration, Relationship & Stakeholder Management - Develops win-win, collaborative relationships that add clear value to all internal and external stakeholders and ensuring expectations are set

Required Qualifications-

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration or other related field or equivalent work experience.
  • Holds a Project / Program Management Certification
  • Minimum of 2 years of IT and business/industry experience leading projects in a multinational environment.
