Joining us as IT Project Manager, you will manage the delivery of Business Change, Enhancements and New Business to support the continued operation of Stonewater IT and to deliver additional capability encompassing a range of business projects. You will be responsible for the completion of medium scale projects to agreed timescales, budget and defined scopes to ensure the delivery of enhanced IT services for the organisation. You will facilitate project requirement scoping and business expectations to establish a base-line on which delivery of a solution can commence and to ensure the right solution is implemented. The IT Project Manager will develop detailed project plans and take responsibility for identifying, reporting and mitigating project risks and issues to reduce delay and impact to project delivery. This role will be at the forefront of enabling organisational change, as we evolve as an innovative, digitally focused housing association. The ideal candidate: * Relevant industry recognised qualification such as PRINCE2, PMI, Agile, ITIL. * IT operational experience in a progressive customer delivery and integrated environment. * Proven experience of managing business change. * Strong understanding of project management methodologies and frameworks. * Good experience and successful delivery of mid-size projects across organisations of a similar size to Stonewater. * Able to understand high level technical architecture and be able to facilitate debate and drive decisions on appropriate solutions. * Good understanding of IT including Cloud based applications. * Must be able to build strong relationships. * Strong ITIL Change/Release Management knowledge. * Strong interpersonal and communication skills Discover Stonewater: Stonewater is a leading housing provider.
