Moorfields NHS Trust the leading provider of eye health services in the UK and a world class centre of excellence for ophthalmic research and education is looking to appoint a Problem Manager to their Staff Bank to fulfil a role at one of their sites in Central London. It is to cover a role for a minimum of 3 months, full time. ASAP start

THE POST

Broad and deep desktop and network support experience and experience of working explicitly in a problem manager role.

The problem manager will review service desk logs, identify recurrent issues and develop proposals for permanent improvement

Experience of SupportWorks (preferably) or Hornbill or other complex ITSM systems.

ITIL qualified.

Can demonstrate the ability to analyse IT issues, document and diagnose problems and how to resolve them.

Has a sufficient depth of technical understanding to enable them to get to the root cause of an issue and propose how to resolve it, taking into account business priorities and the impact of change.

Able to analyse the broader environment in which IT systems operate and take account of their dependencies.
