About the role:

We are developing an ambitious programme of digital transformation, building on the lessons learned in the pandemic. Critical to the success of that programme is a well-organised, effective and professional IT Operation which supports the College now and through the transformation.

You will ensure that technology services provided to learners and staff at RHACC are reliable, secure, perform well and are used to their fullest. You will be responsible for the service desk, the college server and network infrastructure, as well as a team of 6 staff.

What we are looking for:

You are an experienced IT Operations Manager and have worked in education institutions for at least part of your career. You are very familiar with MS Windows Server, Microsoft 365, networking and cybersecurity technologies. You are a strong manager and thrive on working with colleagues throughout the college to provide the best service possible.
