A leading manufacturer of consumer products is looking to bring in an experienced IT Manager to lead their IT strategy to reinforce its position as a brand leader in their field.

The company has been established since the 1980’s and to this date their founder is still at the head of the business. They have 2 sites across the West Midlands, 1 of these is a manufacturing facility and the other their head office and distribution centre.

The right candidate will not be afraid to be hands-on, as the role will be incorporating the BAU support of hardware and software across the 2 sites, IT project delivery, and leading IT business strategy going forwards. You will be confident in acting autonomously, with sole management of companies IT systems and applications maintenance & support.

To be successful in this IT Manager position you will have:

  • Commercial experience as an IT Manager
  • Software and hardware support experience (2nd/ 3rd line)
  • Strong Office 365 administration skills
  • Confidence in acting independently and being responsible for all matters of IT
  • Project management skills, from requirement gathering to delivery
  • Experience implementing IT systems including ERP/ SAP (Desirable)
