IT Configuration Support Technician (Night Shift)

2145 - 615 Sun - Thur

12.75 p/hour (rising after 13 weeks)

Rugby (Central Park)

Full Time - Temp 2 Perm

Stop: please read the job before applying this is NOT a remote role and is inside a warehouse so there will be manual handling - NOT software desk based Technical support.

We are looking for a well-spoken, approachable, friendly person with both a strong knowledge of IT and some warehouse experience to start a full-time role as an IT Configuration Support Technician within a warehouse in Rugby.

This is a manual, active role where you first play a role in customising computers for customers so unboxed, upgrading hardware, setting up accounts etc.

Once you have picked up the processes, you will then start the transition to a Support Technician where you work with CRM packages, keep software-based records, save documents showing details of customer builds, help with technical issues or offer more junior staff.

If you love IT, have some managerial skills and are an extremely organised person then this could be the job for you.
