IT Business Support Technician | International Client | £30,000

Pearson Carter are currently Working alongside a national client looking to go international this year due to growth and investment.

Responsibilities

• Resolve IT application incidents, requests, and problems in a timely and efficient manner.
• Administration through the use of O365 suite
• Provide timely communication to users on the status of service requests and incidents.
• Monitor the availability, performance, and throughput of supported IT applications.
• Maintain IT application support technical documentation.
• Understand and comply with the IT organization requirements.

Experience

• Skilled in IT problem diagnosis and resolution.
• Excellent Communication skills
• Ability to communicate effectively
• Strong sense of ownership and ability to follow tasks through to completion.
• Ability to understand and determine when issues to escalate to a higher level.
• Able to demonstrate continuous development and diversity in thinking.

Salary

They offer an excellent salary of up too: £30,000.

Location

This International End User offers 5x per week in office in Rushden.
