We are seeking a diligent and detail-oriented Invoice Administrator to join our finance team. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining accurate and up-to-date sales records, ensuring timely and efficient processing of invoices.
Responsibilities:
- Generate and issue sales invoices accurately and in a timely manner.
- Verify the accuracy of sales orders, contract terms, and pricing information before invoicing.
- Collaborate with the wider team to address any discrepancies or missing information.
- Preparing and filing weekly timesheets for multiple depots
- Matching folders with existing timesheets and invoices
- Inputting of Tradex and other data for specific companies
- Chasing missing order numbers and unconfirmed reports
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a similar Invoice or office administration position.
- Proficiency in using accounting software and Microsoft Office applications.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
