Here at GXO Logistics, we’re recruiting for an Inventory Supervisor to join our new site in Chesterfield. This is a permanent role working Monday – Friday.

This role will support our Site Manager in ensuring that all inventory activity is completed in a timely and accurate manner. You’ll join us and ensure that site procedures for stock management are in place and are always adhered to.

What you’ll do on a typical day:


  • Day to day management of the inventory and administration function
  • Maintain stock accuracy and integrity in line with contractual requirements, minimising stock loss through investigation and resolution of errors
  • Complete stock reconciliation to ensure customer stock records are aligned with GXO
  • Manage customer complaints that relate to stock issues ensuring these are resolved within an agreed timeline


What you need to succeed at GXO:


  • Proven track record within a stock management/inventory role
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  • Previous experience in a logistics and warehousing environment
