What The Inventory Coordinator Will Be Doing

• Support and Implementation to current tools and processes for Inbound and waste management
• Create the Goods In and Goods Out plan for following day
• Responsible for clear and concise end of shift reports
• Responsible for managing the relationship between Goods in and the Buying team
• Work closely with the Production and Planning Teams to ensure the correct product is in the right place at the right time
• Monitor our warehouse management system to analyse potential delivery issues during the day
• Monitor and Control Incoming/Inventory stock
• Be able to make decision regarding stock issue(s)
  

Who The Inventory Coordinator Is

• Leadership experience working with high performing teams
• Strong level of spoken and written English
• Confident with numbers and reporting
• Eye for detail
• Customer focused and keen attention to meet customer requirement
• Good organizational skills and a methodical approach to work
• Excellent team working and communication skills
• Energy, enthusiasm, positive, commitment and a can-do flexible attitude
• Strong work ethic
• Work well under pressure and have the ability to meet tight deadlines

Start date: ASAP

Shift/Hours of Work:Wednesday to Saturday OR Sunday to Wednesday - 18:30 – 06:30 – One day per week early finish/ later start.

Location: The Granary, Unit 3, Chalker Way, Banbury, OX16 4XD

Recruitment process: First, you will have an initial interview with a member of our Talent Acquisition team. Should you be successful, you will be asked to complete a technical test and, depending on the result, you will be invited for a face to face interview.
