What you will enjoy doing

  • Liaising with customers, both International and Domestic.
  • Processing Orders, Quotations and Proformas with Operations department.
  • Ensuring payment is received according to the account terms.
  • Making sure appropriate sales documentation is sent to the customer.
  • Preparing Distribution Letters and Agreements on Company templates.
  • Ensuring all sales are compliant with approved internal and external authorisations.
  • Exhibition support.
  • Working with other departments to assist in any Customer enquiries.
  • Availability for customer entertainment outside of working hours.

What makes you great

  • 3 years experience in a customer services or sales environment in Life Sciences industry.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Working knowledge of Export Documentation.
  • Additional Language ability beneficial (written and spoken).
  • Comprehension of medical terminology beneficial.
