We are seeking an International Mobility Payroll UK Specialist Define & deliver business oriented solutions (including policies, processes and tools) to internal customers in alignment with Business and HR strategy.

You’ll be an ambassador of the Global mobility Payroll functions and deliver global mobility value-added services and solutions to business requests.

SECURITY CLEARANCE:Eligibility to gain UK SC Security Clearance

TRAVEL REQUIRED:Occasional travel within UK/Internationally

You will deliver a high quality payroll for all International Mobility assignees in line with Global Assignment Policy guidelines, International treaties and totalization agreements, and national UK legislation.

How You Will Contribute To The Team

  • Perform a variety of complex and technical payroll related to the different status of mobility type and contracts taking into account the different tax and social security duties by implementation of right set up (shadow payroll, active payroll, dormant contract, country setup).
  • Set up own working processes, automation of tools, interfaces to establish international payroll service (Ensure the complex SAP payroll configuration is compliant with UK legislation, by producing effective pre and post payroll checks)
  • Manage the payroll and/or shadow payroll of your population: collect, integrate and control variable elements (contributions basis, mobility package, benefits in kind …) & time administration of your population (anomalies, global mobility specific paid leaves, time shift…)
  • Manage final settlement for all kind of departure (retirement, dismissal, resignation, end of mobility contract…)
  • Ensuring governance and compliance with Company policy, as well as social, tax and employment laws in the different countries where we have employees.
  • Participate to annual Reward and Global Mobility campaigns and specific projects.

About You

  • Experience in Payroll, HR Administration or Global Mobility Management
  • Be curious and analytical
  • Enjoy discovering technical and complex HR challenges
  • Adept in GSuite tools and Microsoft Excel
