Internal Sales Team Support Assistant – Based in Bridgend, £27,000 Basic Salary + Performance Bonus

THE ROLE

We are looking for a dynamic internal sales team support assistant with at least 2 years experience and excellent communication skills. Reporting to the Sales Director, you will be an important member of the team responsible for completing all sales admin and basic follow up work to allow the sales team to spend more time in front of customers.

You will be required to create and send all proposals on behalf of the sales team and wherever possible, make outbound sales calls to initially follow up. You will process all action points from customer meetings on behalf of the sales team including updating the CRM, adding opportunities to the pipeline, preparing presentations and customer specific reports.

YOU

You will need to take ownership and be humble, hungry and smart. You will need to be a relationship builder with both customers and fellow team members.

You will be a proactive self-starter with high energy and have a proven track record of strong organisational skills. You will need to be resilient with a positive “Can Do” attitude to your job and your life.

You will need to have excellent IT capabilities, in particular Microsoft Office and be able to communicate clearly both verbally & written. You will need to be able to multi-task and prioritise your workload to ensure goals & deadlines are achieved.
